The trick to delicious = something sweet, gone wild !
When grilling pineapple, coat it first with a sauce/marinade.
- 1 pineapple, slice thick
- 3 limes, juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce ( or honey, or balsamic vinegar)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon red pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red onion
