Pina Colada Cake

1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding mix
1/3 cup rum
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
1 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding mix
1/3 cup rum
1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 pkg. coconut

1. Place cake mix in large mixing bowl

2. Add pudding, rum, oil, water

3. Stir a few times

4. Add eggs, Blend 3 minutes

5. Drain pineapple, add half the can to batter

  1. Pour into 3 or 4 or 5 greased and floured pans
  2. Bake for 25 minutes at 350, let cool 15 minutes
  3. Blend the cool whip, rum, pineapple, pudding
  4. Put a large spoon full between layers
  5. Frost with remaining, then cover with coconut
