Healthy Banana Chocolate Cookies

Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup  sugar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup plain soy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

 

  1. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients
  2. In a medium bowl, squish banana
  3. Add oil and milk to banana
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
  5. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
