Chocolate Chip Layer Cake

3 + ½ cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups brown sugar

1 stick of butter

3 eggs

1 package of chocolate chips

 

  1. In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients
  2. In a medium, bowl whisk eggs, butter and vanilla
  3. Add the egg mixture to dry ingredients
  4. Add milk, stir to a thick batter
  5. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans
  6. Set chocolate chips on top of each cake
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Cool, Frost layers with whip cream, or frosting.
