Mini Apple Pies

8 large granny smith apples
1 lemon, juiced
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoon flour
1 cup golden raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon mace
2 Tablespoons butter
12 mini pie crust

  1. Peel and slice apples, place in large bowl
  2. Add all ingredients and stir well
  3. Spoon into pie crust, overfilling each one
  4. Top with crust, make a slit in each
  5. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
