Mini Apple Pies
8 large granny smith apples
1 lemon, juiced
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoon flour
1 cup golden raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon mace
2 Tablespoons butter
12 mini pie crust
- Peel and slice apples, place in large bowl
- Add all ingredients and stir well
- Spoon into pie crust, overfilling each one
- Top with crust, make a slit in each
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
