Cranberry Glaze

1 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Sugar
3 Cups Cranberries
1 Tablespoon Orange zest
1 Teaspoon Ginger
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Nutmeg
Dash Cloves

  1. In a medium pot, bring to boil water, orange juice and sugar
  2. Stir in the cranberries, orange zest, and seasonings
  3. Set on medium boil for 30 minutes
  4. Use over pork chops, ham, meatloaf, Pancakes!
