Crepes
1 cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup whole milk
4 eggs
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl
- The batter should look like thick cream
- Let rest 15 minutes
- Heat skillet
- Use butter to grease pan
- Pour a ladle of batter in
- Swirl pan to make a large pancake
- Cook 3 minutes
- Gently flip, then cook 1 minute
