Crepes

1 cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup whole milk
4 eggs
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. The batter should look like thick cream
  3.  Let rest 15 minutes
  4. Heat skillet
  5.  Use butter to grease pan
  6. Pour a ladle of batter in
  7. Swirl pan to make a large pancake
  8. Cook 3 minutes
  9.  Gently flip, then cook 1 minute
