Chicken Verde
4 Chicken Breast
2 Tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt & Pepper
1 Lime
1 Jalapeño
1 cup Chicken broth
4 Tomatillos, or 1 ½ cup salsa verde
- Heat oil in skillet, brown chicken
- Remove chicken, set aside
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and jalapeno, to pan.
- Saute for 3 minutes, add lime juice.
- Add broth to pan and chopped tomatillos.
- Put the chicken bake into pan, Simmer 20 minutes.
Create a healthy lunch with the leftovers, use tortilla wrap up chicken add some fresh carrots!
