Coconut Macaroons

  • 1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon flour ( whole wheat flour, or white flour)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt
  1. Add all ingredients into a large pot.
  2. Heat on medium, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Scoop out with a spoon, shape into ball, Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 360.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
