- 1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tablespoon flour ( whole wheat flour, or white flour)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- Add all ingredients into a large pot.
- Heat on medium, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Scoop out with a spoon, shape into ball, Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes at 360.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
