Zucchini Bread
1 ½ cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
½ stick of butter
2 eggs
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup grated and drained zucchini
- Put the eggs and soft butter into a mixure
- Beat on high, slowly add the white sugar
- In a medium bowl, blend the flour, baking powder, spices
- Mix the brown sugar into the dry ingredients
- Pour the wet ingredients into the flour bowl
- Stir by hand a few times
- Add the zucchini, stir gently
- Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
