Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

1 ½ cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
½ stick of butter
2 eggs
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup grated and drained zucchini

  1. Put the eggs and soft butter into a mixure
  2. Beat on high, slowly add the white sugar
  3. In a medium bowl, blend the flour, baking powder, spices
  4. Mix the brown sugar into the dry ingredients
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour bowl
  6. Stir by hand a few times
  7. Add the zucchini, stir gently
  8. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan
  9. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
