1 lb ground beef (turkey)

1 cup beef broth

2 Tbl butter

4 mushrooms

Dash of thyme

Salt & Pepper

1 Tbl flour

1 cup sour cream

1 package egg noodles

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet, remove
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet
  3. Add mushrooms
  4. Add seasonings, sauté for 5 mins
  5. Add flour, cook for 3 mins
  6. Pour in hot broth, return beef to skillet
  7. Add sour cream, simmer 5 mins
  8. Boil pasta in a separate pot
  9. Serve over egg noodles
