Stroganoff
1 lb ground beef (turkey)
1 cup beef broth
2 Tbl butter
4 mushrooms
Dash of thyme
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbl flour
1 cup sour cream
1 package egg noodles
- Brown the beef in a skillet, remove
- Melt the butter in the skillet
- Add mushrooms
- Add seasonings, sauté for 5 mins
- Add flour, cook for 3 mins
- Pour in hot broth, return beef to skillet
- Add sour cream, simmer 5 mins
- Boil pasta in a separate pot
- Serve over egg noodles
