Breakfast Bars
1cup oats
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Dash allspice
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup cranberries
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup almonds
- heat milk with vanilla
- add oats, remove from heat
- in a large bowl, mix all the seasonings with the applesauce
- stir in dried fruit & nuts
- add oats
- pour into greased baking dish
- bake at 350 for 20 mins
