George’s Breakfast Bars

1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower nuts
1/2 cup raisins

1. In a large bowl mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon

2. In medium pan, boil water, add honey, vanilla, egg and oats

3. Stir the oat mixture into the dry ingredients

4. Add nuts and raisins

5. Extra- if you like add coconut flakes, chocolate chips, dried cranberries

6. Spread batter on to a cookie sheet, Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
