3 large carrots
1 cup brown rice
½ cup raisins
½ cup walnuts
¼ tsp celery seed
1 cup yogurt
¼ cup honey
- cook brown rice, let cool
- peel and grate carrots
- in a large bowl, mix carrots and rice
- stir in raisins
- stir walnuts
- in a medium bowl, whisk yogurt with honey and celery seed
- poor over rice
- stir to get all flavors mixed in
