Veggie Twist Sandwich

1 pizza dough
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 small onion
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tomato
salt & pepper
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 cup feta cheese

1. Slice the peppers and onion
2. Heat oil, sauté veggies for 5 minutes
3. Chop tomato, add to skillet
4. Add spinach and salt & pepper
5. Roll out pizza dough, place veggies and cheese about 1/4 way up.
6. Pull dough over filling, shape into a circle
7. Set on baking sheet, brush with oil, make a few slits
8. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
