Salmon & Aspaurgus

3 Tablespoons Butter
1 bunch of fresh basil, finely chopped
2 limes, juiced
2 Tablespoons Honey
1-2 lemons, sliced
3-4 Roma Tomatoes, diced
Fresh Asparagus
Salmon Fillets
Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix the chopped basil into the softened butter
  2. Add lime juice. salt & pepper, and honey
  3. Place salmon in the center of the foil
  4. Spoon dressing over each salmon
  5. Place 2-3 lemon slices on top of butter mixture
  6. Add asparagus and tomatoes
  7. Close edges of foil
  8. Grill 12 minutes, or Bake 20 minutes
