S’mores Pie

S’More Pie

5 Tablespoons Butter
1 ½ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Sugar
7 oz Fine –Quality Bittersweet Chocolate
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 large Egg

  • Preheat oven to 350, grease pie plate
  • In food processor, pulse crackers
  • In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and sugar
  • Stir in the cracker crumbs
  • Press evenly into pie plate, cover bottom and sides
  • Bake 12 – 15 minutes, remove from oven
  • Grate chocolate, place 6 oz into hot pie crust
  • Heat cream to a boil
  • Pour cream over remaining chocolate
  • Whisk in the egg
  • Pour into pie shell
  • Bake 25 minutes
