Garlic & Butter Chicken

½ cup butter

¼ cup fresh rosemary

2 cloves garlic

¼ cup lemon juice

Salt & Pepper

¼ cup olive oil

6 pieces of chicken

  1. In a food processor, blend together the butter, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Remove ½ the mixture, set aside. Add oil to food processor, blend.
  2. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour oil & butter mixture over chicken. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  3. Grill chicken, serve with a spoonful of the seasoned butter.
