PB & J Muffins

PB & J Muffins

2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
⅔ cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 cup jam

  1. In a medium bowl, Stir oil & milk
  2. Add eggs, stir
  3. Add sugar, stir
  4. Add peanut butter, stir
  5. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder
  6. Make a well in the flour
  7. Pour peanut butter mix into the well
  8. Stir
  9. Fill cupcake pans ½ way with batter
  10. Spoon jam on to batter
  11. Add a spoon or two of batter on top

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
