Mini Pumpkin Pies

4 unbaked pie shells
15 oz. of pureed pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon cloves
3 eggs
1 ½ cups heavy cream

  1. In a large bowl mix pumpkin and sugar
  2. Add seasonings, mix
  3. Beat in eggs
  4. Add cream, beat 1 minute
  5. Pour into pie crusts
  6. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes

Reduce heat to 350, bake for 30 minutes
