1 lb of fresh baby spinach
1/2 lb of crumbled feta cheese
1 lemon, juiced
either pizza dough or phyillo sheets
If using pizza dough, roll out thin, cut into squares, fill, pinch ends closed, bake for 15- 18 minutes.
If phyillo dough, brush each sheet with melted butter, use a baking dish, layer four sheets, filling, layer 6 sheets, bake for 20 -25 minutes.
