Mini Cranberry Pyhllo Cups

1 package of phyllo dough sheets
2 cups fresh cranberries
3 large apples
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon orange peel
2 Tablespoons butter

  1. Cut Phyllo dough into squares, fit into muffin tins.
  2. Place 4 layers into each muffin cup
  3. In food processor, chop cranberries
  4. Peel and slice apples, place in bowl
  5. Add cranberries
  6. Add remaining ingredients
  7. Stir well
  8. Spoon into each muffin cup
  9. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
