Crepes

Stuffed Crepes

 

3 eggs

3 Tablespoons butter

⅔ cups milk

⅔ cup water

1 cup flour

 

  • Make a smooth blend of water, milk, and flour
  • Whisk in the eggs and melted butter
  • Let rest 10 minutes
  • Heat pan
  • Grease pan, Pour a ladle of batter and tip pan to coat the bottom
  • Cook 1 ½ minutes
  • Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes
  • Set onto wax paper
  • Fill with ice cream
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar
