From our live cooking segment, Hawaiian Meatballs! This year you’ll see restaurants adding Tropical recipes and retro island foods with a new twist.
Our recipe is under meals, you can use ground pork, chicken or turkey. Brown the meatballs in 2 Tablespoons of oil;

Then add the sauce, easy on the vinegar, or use rice wine vinegar! Let it thicken for 3 -5 minutes, Serve with a platter of thin sliced tropical fruits. We added a MaiTai Magic to ours.

Mai Tai Dressing: 1/2 cup pineapple juice, splash of grenadine, 1/4 cup lime juice.
