The flavor units filling the kitchen! Add this easy Bolognese sauce over a bowl of pasta, and you’ll be filling your tummy….and probably the whole neighborhood once they smell that delicious home cooking.
This is a quick version, budget friendly, too.
Step 1 : Simmer onions 3 minutes in 2 Tablespoons of butter, then add garlic
Step 3: Stir in 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon basil
Step 4: Add salt & pepper, and one 14 ounce can of diced tomatoes
Let simmer for at least 15minutes. The longer it simmers the thicker it will get, I prefer to let it cook for 45-50 minutes.
