The block of cheese is a mild, creamy cheese with apricots in it. You could be bold and serve a Gouda Cheese. Here is a visual of few simple steps to this delicious dinner.
Using Red Bell peppers, Red Onion, Pineapple, Zucchini, and Mushrooms, place the skewers on baking sheet. In a large Skillet, heat 1 Tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. Bring to boil.
I used 1 lime, a drizzle of honey, and a dash of crushed red pepper. Let it reduce, about 3 minutes. Pour over veggies, bake until the right tenderness for you. Ours took about 15 minutes. Serve with couscous and cheese.
