Aah, those sneaky teens. Our latest cooking class had one of the boys proclaiming he wouldn’t eat anything green. His stove side partner, Tina found a way to get the broccoli into their dish. She simply challenged him to a chicken roll off.
Then, surprise of surprises, into a baking dish with chicken broth. These were baked for 10 minutes, and when we sat down to eat…even the pickiest, non-green eaters asked for seconds!
