Here is the foundation for several dishes, grab your hats – this is going to be a wild adventure! First sauté onion, red and yellow bell peppers with olive oil & salt & pepper.
As a base for soup or stew, just add sausage, chopped tomatoes, chicken stock.
To make a salad, let it cool, add your favorite cheese.
Make a side dish or a lite meal, stir in couscous with grilled chicken.
