Veggies on the Table!

Don’t forget the veggies this holiday meal! Here is a simple side dish that will be noticed, and eaten. The roasted garlic and bright colors add that irresistible flavor to your table.

Saute 1 Tablespoon of Butter with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and your choice of nuts.
Hazelnuts, chestnuts, or black walnuts work well.
Add 2 cloves of roasted garlic, salt and pepper.
Add Fresh Swiss Chard, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stay healthy this season, and stir up something fun.
