The first 42 times I attempted to make a New York Cheesecake, well they didn’t turn out so fabulous. Then I discovered the basic cookie cheesecake square, simple, quick, half the sugar, half the baking time, half the mess involved. They taste awesome, they make me look like a pro, and I can cover any “oops” with a little fruit spread. Brilliant.
